Annotation:
Based on the practical activities of the authors, the article considers approaches to solving problems related to improving the efficiency of management processes. The problems associated with the quantitative assessment of managerial work and the semantic problem expressed in the absence of a single interpretation of both the concept of «efficiency» and the terms associated with it are considered.

Annotation:
The paper is devoted to examining of practice of organizing of strategic sessions oriented on discovering of new ways of commercial companies’ business development. Expert interviews, surveying and interviewing of top and middle management used. Discovered causes of strategic instruments limited using when developing corporate strategy projects on strategic sessions. A place of strategic sessions in a process of corporate strategy development justified. Suggested a consequence of preparation of strategic session oriented on corporate strategy project development.

Companies’ behavior models in the context of products scarcity

Annotation:
The presented work is devoted to the study of the essence of scarcity and ways to counteract it in different contexts. The causes of deficiency have been studied. The reasons for the unavailability of goods for retailers are revealed, the models of behavior of manufacturers and strategies of retailers’ behavior to ensure the availability of goods in the sanctioned market are identified. The author proposes to consider the assortment optimization undertaken in all companies in the sample as an anti-crisis tool, and not as an anti-sanctions measure. The positive impact of the shortage on the formation of deferred demand for authentic products of a foreign manufacturer is identified, and analogues unauthorized by the manufacturer can increase loyalty to authentic products.

Annotation:
This article explores the evolution of leadership concepts and the development of a modern management model that integrates strategic thinking, cross-cultural sensitivity, digital literacy, and a value-based approach. Particular attention is paid to the key competencies of leaders that contribute to the effective functioning of organizations in a multinational environment, as well as to practical tools for leadership development. The study analyzes key challenges faced by modern leaders, including generational gaps, the growth of remote work, cultural diversity, and the need to incorporate ESG principles and digital technologies into management practices. The article is supported by empirical examples of successful cases and theoretical analysis. It concludes that a systematic approach to leadership development is essential for ensuring the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of international companies.

Annotation:
The article analyzes the impact of the departure of foreign digital vendors on the short-term and long-term strategies of digital transformation of Russian large businesses. Based on interviews with digital transformation directors of four Russian companies, it was possible to find out that, despite a number of challenges, most organizations did not face serious negative consequences. However, there are concerns about the monopolization of the market and the lack of competition in the future.

Annotation:
Using the methods of system analysis, the article presents the hotel industry as an industry that meets the need for tourist accommodation. The composition of hotel services is considered, the normative minimum composition of infrastructure is shown – a hotel of the category «without stars», and the maximum – a hotel of the category «five stars», as well as the services provided by them. A list of the main and supporting processes of the hotel industry is given, the identification and description of which is the first step in the implementation of the process approach to the management of the enterprise.

Annotation:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the reasons for the low quality of hotel service in the Krasnodar Territory, which is one of the leading recreational destinations in Russia. The results of the study revealed identical problems in the management of a hotel enterprise, regardless of its category, the need for coordination between the reception and accommodation service and the economic service, the introduction of specialized training, forms of control, and documentation were established. The results of the study contribute to the understanding of the root causes of problems in the quality of hotel services in the Krasnodar Region and ways to level them. According to the authors, the results of the study are applicable to any hotel in any region and can be used in practical application.

The method of integral evaluation of the effectiveness of restaurant communication management

Annotation:
The purpose of the article is to develop a method for evaluation the effectiveness of restaurant communication management. The research process uses methods of analysis and synthesis and expert questionnaires. As the results of the conducted research, the specific weights of the proposed specific indicators for evaluation the effectiveness of communication management and the formula for calculating the integrated indicator are substantiated based on expert estimates. An analysis of the development of the indicator in dynamics and a plan-fact analysis are proposed as ways of interpreting a integrated indicator.

Annotation:
The study focuses on AI management innovations in the digital transformation of manufacturing, with a focus on technology applications in areas such as production management, supply chain coordination, and marketing. The results of the study show that the application of AI technologies in supply chain coordination and market forecasting facilitates information sharing, demand forecasting and accurate marketing, as well as increases the ability of businesses to respond to the market.

Annotation:
The article reflects the focus of research on the relationship between an employee and AI in the management of an organization. The scientific and practical experience of foreign companies has been studied. It has been revealed that advanced technologies not only increase the efficiency of organizations and contribute to the improvement of management, but also create new challenges, for example: the replacement of human labor and an increase in the level of «burnout» among staff. The interdisciplinary study of new phenomena and cross-industry cooperation for the effective application of artificial intelligence in the management of organizations is justified.
